Questions

RTC Viewer FAQ

The basics about Core, the future models, and what will happen before sales open.

What is RTC Viewer?

RTC Viewer is being developed as dedicated touch-display hardware designed to keep crypto prices and chart context visible without opening another browser tab, app, or phone.

Why is RTC 5 Core the initial launch focus?

RTC 5 Core combines the flexible one- or four-card dashboard, five saved four-card sets, full-card asset detail, visual price alerts, Clock Mode, five selectable skins, and education and whitepaper QR access in the model RTC is preparing first.

How much can RTC 5 Core keep ready?

RTC 5 Core can show one card or four cards and save five separate four-card sets. That holds up to 20 coin selections in total, with four shown at one time. The selected layout and card positions persist through power-down and restart.

When is RTC 5 Core coming?

RTC 5 Core is targeting late 2026. These are planning targets, not guaranteed release, shipping, or delivery dates. Timing remains subject to final device validation, stability testing, and production readiness.

How many coin pairs are planned for RTC 5 Core?

RTC 5 Core is planned to provide access to 740+ coin pairs. Actual availability may vary by data source and final release build.

How do RTC 5 Core visual price alerts work?

Core visual price alerts are one-shot and Dismiss-only. After an alert is dismissed, you manually re-arm it. There is no snooze or repeat-delay option.

What comes after RTC 5 Core?

RTC 4.3 Mini is planned after Core, with December 2026 as its earliest target. RTC 7 Pro remains in development. Its release date is to be announced. Both require their own final validation before release.

How can I receive launch information?

Use the optional launch-updates form to receive development and model news. A confirmation email is required before the subscription becomes active, and every update includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email Creator@rtcrealtimecrypto.com with a direct question.

Can I buy or preorder an RTC Viewer now?

RTC Viewer is currently in development. Official pricing, availability, customer terms, and purchase instructions will be published before orders open.

Are the current product images and interface previews final?

No. Current product images and interface previews are development and marketing concepts, not photographs or promises of final shipping units. Final enclosures, interfaces, features, specifications, and included accessories may change and will be confirmed before sales open.

How will RTC Viewer connect and receive power?

Production connectivity, power requirements, included cables, and accessories will be published with the final product specifications before sales open.

What warranty, return, and support terms will apply?

Warranty, return, refund, repair, shipping, and support terms will be available for review before a customer can place an order.
