What to include in your message
When relevant, include the RTC Viewer model or website page, what you expected, and what you observed. For a website issue, browser, device, and assistive-technology details can be helpful if you are comfortable sharing them.
Never email a wallet seed phrase, private key, password, authentication code, or full payment-card number. Real Time Crypto LLC will not ask for a seed phrase or private key.
