Who we are

This website is operated by Real Time Crypto LLC, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. References to “RTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean Real Time Crypto LLC.

Information on the marketing site

The marketing site does not offer user accounts and does not use advertising analytics. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. You may browse the site without joining the launch-updates list or contacting us.

If you choose to email us at Creator@rtcrealtimecrypto.com, we receive the email address you use and the message, attachments, and other information you include.

Optional launch updates

The optional launch-updates form asks for your email address and lets you select an optional model interest. We use that information only to send RTC product-development and launch updates that are relevant to the list you requested. Signing up is voluntary and is not required to view this site, operate an RTC product, make a purchase, or access an account.

When you submit the form, the RTC website briefly processes the email address, model-interest choice, and technical request information to validate the request and limit automated abuse. Accepted signup information is then sent to MailerLite, which processes and stores it for us as our email-list service provider. RTC does not write these signup submissions to its own customer database. We use a double opt-in process: after submitting the form, you must use the confirmation link MailerLite sends before you can receive launch-update campaigns. You may unsubscribe through the link included in each campaign email. You may also ask us to delete your launch-update information by emailing Creator@rtcrealtimecrypto.com.

Depending on the email-service features and campaign settings in use, MailerLite may also process delivery and engagement information such as whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked, together with related timestamps and IP address, device, browser, or other technical data. When that information is available, we may use it to operate the list, troubleshoot delivery, protect the service from abuse, and understand the overall usefulness of launch-update emails. The particular records available may vary with the provider configuration.

Technical and security information

Providers that host, deliver, and protect this site may automatically process technical information needed to operate and secure it. That information may include an IP address, device and browser characteristics, requested pages, request and response details, timestamps, security events, and related server logs. Those providers may also use cookies that are necessary to deliver, protect, or maintain their services.

Abuse-prevention controls may briefly retain one-way identifiers derived from request information, such as an IP address or submitted email address. They are used to enforce short request limits and are not a customer profile or mailing-list record.

The private prelaunch area uses a short-lived, essential security cookie after the correct preview password is entered. The cookie is limited to the protected sales-preview path and its private subpages, does not contain the password, and does not create a customer account or marketing subscription. Its current maximum lifetime is two hours, and the protected area includes a control that clears it from the browser sooner.

Future RTC product information

RTC Viewer hardware is separate from this marketing site. Portfolio enhancements are planned for RTC 7 Pro only; their final scope and data handling have not been announced. RTC 4.3 Mini and RTC 5 Core do not include portfolio entry or balance views in their current development scope.

If a future RTC product or service handles information differently, we will provide an appropriate notice before that different handling applies.

How information is used

We may use the information described above to:

  • operate, deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot the website;
  • protect the website and its visitors from abuse or security threats;
  • manage confirmed launch-update subscriptions and send the updates a subscriber requested;
  • operate and assess launch-update delivery and engagement when that information is available;
  • respond to emails and product-development questions; and
  • understand and resolve technical or service problems.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, delivery, security, and email—including MailerLite for the optional launch-updates list—but only as reasonably needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights, or the safety of others. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Retention

We keep confirmed launch-update subscription information while you remain subscribed and, after an unsubscribe or deletion request, only as long as reasonably needed to honor that choice, maintain necessary business records, or meet an applicable obligation. We keep email correspondence and other information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to a request, resolving a dispute, or meeting an applicable obligation. Hosting, security, and email providers may retain operational records according to their own service practices.

Your choices and requests

You may ask whether Real Time Crypto LLC holds launch-update or correspondence information about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing Creator@rtcrealtimecrypto.com. We may verify the request through the email address involved. Do not send identification documents, passwords, authentication codes, wallet seed phrases, or private keys. We may retain a minimal suppression or legally required record where necessary to honor an opt-out or meet an applicable obligation.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect this site and the information handled through it. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This marketing site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted or emailed personal information to us may contact us to request review or deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, RTC Viewer products, or our practices develop. The current version and its last-updated date will appear on this page.
